Booking/ Cancellation Policy:
Upon confirmation of your reservation, $150 CND deposit is required for all charter bookings. Final payment is due on the day of charter. If paying by credit card/paypal, payment is due 7 days prior to the charter date. Deposit refundable with 30 days notice of charter date. Deposit non-refundable and is credited toward a future charter on cancellations with less than 30 days notice of charter date. The Captain reserves the right to cancel the trip due to any uncontrollable circumstances, such as unsafe weather conditions and will fully refund your deposit.
